    Kate Amsbry is a gem. We were first introduced in 2008 when she sold my grandmother’s Pasadena craftsman home. Nine years later, when my husband and I were looking to buy, I remembered Kate’s warmth and resourcefulness and gave her a call. Even though our sights were on a modest condo, she put in the same effort and dedication in finding us our home as she would had it been a lavish estate. She even went so far as to travel to Long Beach from Pasadena regularly to attend viewings with us. When the time comes to search for a new home, Kate will be our first and only call.     Kate was a wonderful realtor! I sold my Pasadena home in 2013 and from start to finish, she took the reins and got it done! She was also great in thinking ahead --with many other realtors, I had to check and double check to make sure they had taken care of issues, etc. Not with Kate. She had already thought of the issue and dealt with it before I could even mention it to her!

    She is not afraid of hard work and always got back to me in a timely manner, which is very important to me. She has integrity and honesty which in today's real estate market, is hard to find.
