She really took the time to stand in each room and take in the details. There wasn't a sales pitch to get the listing; she simply left us with some materials and suggested we circle back in a few days. This was the opposite of what we experienced with other agents we interviewed. Some came through the house so quickly, they didn't even look inside some of the rooms! Kate guided us through the process, she gave great advice on things we should fix before we listed, and things we should leave; she helped get everything in line for the open houses, she had professional marketing materials, and a great strategy to get us top dollar for our home. Although there were some bumps in the road with our buyer, Kate persevered to see the deal through. We were definitely happy with the end result!"
